Collaboration Dates Available for TESST Project Teams

Each TESST Project team is entitled to three planning days during the 2008-09 year.
The following information indicates when (date) subs are available this fall, and how many are available for that particular date. Please confer with your team member and decide which date you want to meet and do curriculum/project planning. Team planning is done on-site, or if you would like to meet with a larger group (other high schools) please let me know for room arrangements at the ED Center.

Post a reply to this discussion thread here, with the date you choose and the participating team member's name. As the dates are filled, I will remove their availability and post that information here as well. First come, first served!

Chris Eisert and I also have the same question as Jessica and Regina. We requested 1/26 for collaboration but do not know if it was approved.

Mardell! Can Mark and I switch from Feb 2nd to Feb. 11th? Due to the recent closures, Feb 2nd will be my first day back in the classroom after my student teacher finishes up...I don't want to have a sub that day!

We will be discussing how we are managing netbooks, looking at matching up teenbiz3000 prompts with our curriculum, and discussing MyAccess prompts and practices.

OK! I appreciate having the names so we can contact the Service AA to provide the sub code for these participants on 2/20 and on 3/30. Please let us know if more support is necessary for you and your colleagues to have a successful experience. We are very eager to learn how the net book interface is increasing writing instruction/opportunities and engagement.

Bartlett TESST Team....In response to your request for a collaboration day during the first week of April, I have to report that there are no subs available until the 13th. The number of (53) above is no longer accurate ,but I can spare 4 subs on the 13th that have already been designated for LA use. I also could support four subs during the days of April 14-20. Let me know!
