Now that we have one quarter behind us, it is time to assess our progress... or not, (TESST goals) and to make necessary adjustments. I am going to schedule a time (at your school) when I can meet with TESST Project pilots to glean the information necessary to keep the support promises and to strengthen the integration connections. If you have already arranged for or taken the first of your collaboration days...please let me know!

I think I am going to try and meet with them as a group. I would like to get team visits going for you. Hopefully, you would be able to meet with more than one team while you are in a building. Ideally, you will be able to help support instruction during the day with students. Let's talk about and develop an action plan.

I agree with the multiple team site visits. I am thinking that a space with online access would be great. Teachers and I could log into MyAccess and Achieve 3000 so we are able to have hands examples to work with.
